Primary Care Physician Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Physician Assistant to join our primary care team in the beautiful Seneca Falls, NY. This opportunity allows you to work directly with patients in a community-based setting, focusing on preventive care, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Salary:
$115,000 - $135,000 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient exams and develop patient management plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and manage patient care. Provide guidance on wellness, prevention, and early detection to patients. Prescribe medication and treatments and monitor patients' health outcomes. Assist in the development of clinic protocols and health promotion practices. Handle both acute and chronic health issues, focusing on holistic patient care. Participate in community health initiatives organized by the practice. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Minimum Position Qualifications: Board PA Certification required. Valid NYS License to practice as a Physician Assistant. Proven experience in primary care settings. Strong clinical skills in family medicine and urgent care. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to continued education and professional development. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Additional certification in primary care specialties preferred. Experience in pediatric, geriatric, or women’s health. Skills: Exceptional patient assessment abilities. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Adept at multitasking and managing time effectively. Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
