This top-notch hospital team is searching for a dedicated Family Medicine physician to join their supportive team, a rare opening after a 35-year physician's retirement. Position Highlights
Be as busy as you would like, day 1- immediate volume from inheriting the panel of a retiring physician Outpatient only unless interested in incorporating inpatient rounds Join a team of 6 primary care physicians who enjoy collaborating and taking a teamwork approach to patient care 4-day work with autonomy over your schedule for ultimate work/life balance Integrate your clinical passions- whether it?s women's health, chronic disease management, in-office procedures, scopes, or other specialty areas Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed Base Salary + Competitive wRVU earnings = $360,000+ in proven earning potential $210,000 Recruitment Package built based on your needs, including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, retention package, or incredible student loan forgiveness Comprehensive benefits package, including fully covered health insurance for you and your family, 8 weeks PTO, IPERS retirement (9.5% match), and more Public Service Loan Forgiveness Eligible and NHSC Site for an additional $75,000 in student loan repayment Life in a Thriving Iowa Community
