Responsibilities
Own post-sale coordination and support for brand accounts, ensuring timely and consistent communication and clear understanding high level goals and KPI’s Support onboarding of new brand clients and help them activate their GIG programs Support on and answer customer questions, pain points and help them find success using the software, and with our community of Gen Z workers Act as the liaison between internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Tech) and brand clients to ensure alignment Document best practices and support internal process improvements as we scale Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a customer success, project coordinator or account management Must have experience working with a consumer SaaS platform or consumer marketplace Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Comfortable using platforms like HubSpot, G-Sheets, Slack, and Notion Passionate about Gen Z, creator economy, or the future of work Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles Benefits
