Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Provide clear medical information. Foster a collaborative, patient-centered approach. Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records. Document findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Ensure compliance with regulations. Diagnostic Procedures: Order and interpret tests. Perform procedures as needed. Collaborate with specialists. Team Collaboration: Work with nurses and other professionals. Participate in team meetings and case discussions. Provide consultative services. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality initiatives. Review clinical outcomes. Implement safety and care improvements. Compliance: Adhere to ethical and legal standards. Stay informed on regulations. Participate in audits. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on medical advancements. Engage in ongoing education. Contribute to clinical protocols. Qualifications American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Valid or license-eligible state medical license Pay Range $163.50-$163.51/hour Seniority level
