and help transform the lives of patients living with migraine and other headache disorders. We’re seeking an
NP or PA
to provide outpatient evaluations, develop care plans, and perform headache-specific treatments such as nerve blocks, trigger point injections, and Botox for chronic migraine.

What You’ll Do
Evaluate and manage patients with headache disorders
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Provide patient education and preventive strategies
Collaborate with neurologists and a multidisciplinary care team
Requirements
Ability to obtain/maintain licensure as an NP or PA in the state of New Hampshire
National certification as an NP or PA
At least two years of experience in any NP or PA role
Neurology, pain management, or headache medicine experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Interest in developing advanced skills in headache-specific procedures and management
