Credentialing Requirements

MI License (at time of name clear), Board Certified (No BE), 2+ years recent ED experience for IM/FM

Certifications Required

ACLS, BLS, PALS

Provider Requirements

Local candidates only; clean background required

Patient Volume

Approx. 1.8 patients/hour; total ~80 patients/day

Support Staff

APP (12 hrs/day), full ED nursing/tech, full lab, radiology

EHR

Cerner

Procedures/Skills Required

Wide scope including resuscitation, fracture care, psychiatric evals, ventilation management, central/arterial lines, etc.

Expenses Covered

Car, fuel, mileage, lodging (hotel cap $150 incl. taxes)

Expenses Not Covered

Medical staff fees, taxes on lodging, lodging via 3rd-party sites

Clock-In Method

Kronos system (reverse billing); no paper timesheets

Holiday Dates Covered

Specific shift dates listed from 2/9/2025 to 7/1/2025

Health Requirements

Flu vaccine (2024-25), COVID vax/decline, TB (2-step or Quantiferon), Hep B, MMR, Varicella, TDAP
