Don’t miss this hospitalist opportunity with Dignity Health Medical Group of Nevada! Affiliated with St. Rose Dominican healthcare system in Las Vegas, our group and hospitals are committed to providing excellent, personalized care. We are seeking full-time BC hospitalist physicians (internal medicine or family medicine) to join our inpatient care team at our hospitals in Las Vegas. Hospital employed with St. Rose Dominican hospitals Las Vegas’s only not-for-profit, faith-based health system Named in Forbes 2020 Top-10 Best Employers in Nevada Established and growing multi-specialty group 7 on/7 off 12-hour shifts (in-house for entire shift) Closed ICU with 24-hour in-house intensivist coverage No call required Proximity to award-winning hospitals and specialists offering the latest medical services Competitive salary with productivity and quality bonuses Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Residency stipend Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans (including pension), malpractice coverage, and CME allowances Student loan forgiveness program for qualified employees Responsibilities
Servicing only one hospital, including admissions, rounding, consults, running codes, and discharges Procedures such as central lines and intubations are preferred but not required Supervision of Advanced Practice Providers may be included Qualifications
Our requirements: Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO) Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program Minimum 1 year of IM or FM hospitalist practice experience (strongly preferred) New graduates are welcome to apply Board certification (or board eligible if new graduate) Local applicants preferred; non-local applicants with active NV medical license preferred Proven track record of high-quality, efficient patient care Success within a metrics-driven program Meet credentialing criteria for medical staff Pay Range
$130.02 - $150.82 per hour
