Overview

The Swedish Kidney Transplant Program is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Transplant/General Nephrologist to join its team. The program is one of the oldest in the Pacific Northwest, averaging 110-130 transplants per year. This position will participate in all phases of kidney/patient transplant care including inpatient and outpatient work and will contribute to developing clinical protocols and selection committees. Responsibilities

Participate in all phases of kidney/patient transplant care, including inpatient and outpatient work. Participate in developing clinical protocols and selection committees. Collaborate with a supportive team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians in a patient-centered environment. Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible in Nephrology required. Open to any experience level, including new fellowship graduates. Candidates who have completed AST Approved Transplant Nephrology Fellowships highly desired. Requisite qualifications to be a UNOS Primary physician highly desired. Good mix of inpatient and outpatient experience. Compensation and Benefits

Compensation between $285,000 and $400,000. Compensation amounts may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. CME benefits may be available to providers. Where You'll Work
