Providence Women's Clinic - Progress Ridge is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join an experienced and established practice in Beaverton, Oregon. Responsibilities include prenatal care, gynecologic surgeries, and on-call duties at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center (PSVMC), supported by an OB Hospitalist team. Practice Environment:
The clinic offers a collaborative environment with a diabetes educator and social worker, emphasizing empathetic, patient-centered care. It is well-equipped with in-office ultrasound, NST (prenatal non-stress testing), and fetal monitoring. There is strong support from Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists and an OB Hospitalist team at PSVMC, along with access to the Mother and Baby Clinic for postpartum care. Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time at 0.8 FTE (considered full-time for benefits). Call is typically 1:10 nights with a mix of 12 and 24-hour coverage. The schedule generally includes 3 clinic and/or surgical days plus call shifts (4-24 hour shifts/month). The practice balances obstetrics and gynecology approximately 50/50. Compensation includes a guaranteed salary, quality incentives, CME allowance, relocation assistance, and a starting bonus. Providence is an eligible employer for the PSLF program, and malpractice insurance is provided. Work Environment & Community:
