Overview
We are seeking a Program Director for an established Family Medicine Residency program in Northwest Indiana — about an hour outside of Chicago. The program is in its third year with a total of eighteen residents. The program is focused on outpatient family medicine, with opportunities for both outpatient and inpatient settings to prepare residents to run a successful practice. Responsibilities
Approximately 50% administration and 50% clinical. Oversee and ensure the quality of didactic and clinical education is maintained. Establish strategic direction of the program, its standards, quality, and reputation of the Family Medicine Residency program as followed by faculty and residents. Requirements
