Practice Details:
Established practice of 3 OB/GYN?s with several Midwives and APRN?s
Schedule: 4-day work week with flexible hours to support your preferred work/life balance
Call: 1:6
High volume potential for incoming provider as the practice had over 800 deliveries last year
Collegial group with next to zero turnover that is very interested in providing mentorship, if needed
Organization has been recognized on the Forbes list of Best Employers by State for 6 years running
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive two-year salary guarantee in the $360-420K range with the ability to transition into a production model
