Join a mission-aligned healthcare team to improve adult and senior patient experience and outcomes. Following the PACE model, lead a team to provide seamless primary care and customized services in Los Angeles. The Opportunity:

Lead a team of 5 providers and collaborate with the Regional Medical Director, Clinic Manager, and Nursing Services Manager. This role includes both clinical and leadership duties while building the team. Provide clinical and operational leadership, oversee quality initiatives, care coordination, and mentorship. Employed position with full benefits, PTO, CME, and retirement plans. Open to physicians trained in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Palliative Care/Hospice, or Family Practice. Previous clinical experience required; leadership experience is a plus. CA license preferred. About Los Angeles:
