Overview
Advanced Imaging Cardiologist – Chicago Cardiology Institute (CCI) is seeking a patient-centered General Cardiologist with a focus on advanced imaging to work primarily within Schaumburg and Oak Park facilities in Illinois.
About the Practice Founded in 2009, Chicago Cardiology Institute (CCI) provides state-of-the-art cardiovascular care with compassion and empathy. Our offices offer advanced diagnostics including CT, PET, echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, sleep studies, and a full range of arrhythmia treatments. We established Illinois' first outpatient vascular center and an integrated vein clinic as part of our commitment to comprehensive cardiovascular care.
We are expanding our cardiovascular and interventional services throughout the Greater Chicago communities.
Job Highlights
Full-time General Cardiologist with focus on advanced Echo and CT. Training and interest in structural Echo required.
Experience in structural imaging guidance for Mitral and Tricuspid valve procedures preferred.
General services to include (but not limited to): echo, nuclear, TEE, consults, etc.
Locations: Schaumburg and Oak Park, IL.
Collegial work environment that includes about 10 Cardiologists and other clinical and administrative support in local clinics and hospitals.
Our group's treatments and services include: cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology, cardiac electrophysiology, vascular specialties, cardiac imaging & diagnostics, preventative services, and more.
Monday-Friday schedule; call responsibilities shared with other physicians.
Base salary with bonuses and incentives; additional equity and partnership opportunities available.
Qualifications
B/C or B/E in Cardiovascular Medicine and Echocardiography.
Advanced Imaging Fellowship training is a plus.
Level 3 Echo and Level 2 CT required.
Completion of a US Accredited Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular program.
MD or DO degree.
Board Certified in Nuclear and Cardiac CT is a plus.
Hard working, patient satisfaction/quality must be front and center.
