Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant . Reporting to the Site Medical Director or Physician Floor Leader, and collaborating with a Team Physician, the Fenway Health Team Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) provides health maintenance, acute episodic, and chronic disease-focused patient care to assigned patients. Primary Responsibilities
Provide direct medical services to Fenway Health patients Conduct psychosocial screening and evaluation Ensure appropriate documentation and credentials Engage in ongoing educational growth Note:
This position involves some remote work, including telehealth visits. Remote work hours and duties may change based on patient demand, regulations, and reimbursement guidelines. Requirements
Graduate degree from a certified Family Medicine/Pediatrics NP program Current Massachusetts license Ability to work effectively with diverse colleagues, patients, and vendors Commitment to Fenway's efforts in becoming an anti-racist organization and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging Preferred Qualifications
