Pediatric Gastroenterologist
to join our growing team in the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition. In addition to supporting the patient care, research, and education missions of SIUH, we are looking for someone to help with strategy and growth. The Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology at SIUH
includes a multi-disciplinary team of physicians, nurses, dieticians and social workers. A comprehensive pediatric aerodigestive center featuring pediatric gastroenterology, pulmonology, and otolaryngology will open in 2025. The mission of the Division is to provide clinically excellent care to our community through a multi-specialty, cohesive team approach. The Department of Pediatrics has an ACGME-accredited and independent pediatric residency consisting of 24 residents and strongly encourages participation in resident education and mentorship. Our departmental Pediatric Research & Scholarship Committee formalizes an approach for all residents to engage in clinical research and/or quality improvement projects under Dept of Pediatrics faculty mentorship.
