CRA 2 with early phase oncology experience Prefer to have infusion and dose escalation experience Strong communication – internally and with site, look for evidence of building trust and relationships with the site Detail oriented Work collaboratively with small, nimble team Travel to sites as needed per above – likely to travel 4-6 weeks, with a visit 2 weeks after FPI 1 year oncology exp as a CRA required, coordinator exp a plus, FIH exp a huge plus Degree preferred but not required if they have other skills and overall experience What you will be doing:

Conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials. Ensuring protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process. Collaborating with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct. Performing data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data. Contributing to the preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field highly preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (on site monitoring experience required) In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines. Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. What ICON can offer you:
