What you will do You will promote Stryker ST GI products in standalone GI centers and ASCs, providing excellent customer service and developing relationships with doctors, nurses, and staff.

You are responsible for educating Healthcare Professionals on the proper use and maintenance of Stryker ST Products, product updates, and educational programs.

You focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork, solving problems, operating with honesty and integrity, and providing exceptional customer service.

You assist in post-sale implementation and training to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction, and drive equipment usage compliance.

You are responsible for meeting targeted annual budget objectives for ST GI products within your assigned geography.

As a GI Sales Associate, you thrive on driving results and live out your mission to change lives by selling healthcare products that improve patient outcomes.

What you need Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.

1-2 years in medical sales or B2B sales is preferred.

Strong interpersonal communication skills, including stress management, people management, and conflict resolution.

Excellent time management, project management, reporting, budgeting, and customer service skills.

Travel requirement: Approximately 60% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.

Physical requirements: Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds constantly.

Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement, with the ability to grasp, and meet cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination, reading, and memory retention.

Mental requirements: Exercise discretion and independence, managing time, stress, and conflict effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.

Ability to bring tasks to completion with minimal supervision, prioritize work, and maintain detailed and confidential records.

Ability to present to large groups and uphold unwavering ethics and integrity in a demanding environment.
