What You’ll Do
Deliver exceptional medical, surgical, and preventive care
Create lasting bonds with clients in a welcoming, collaborative environment
Work 3–4 consistent shifts per week with no on‑call responsibilities
Requirements
Licensed (or eligible) DVM in California
2+ years of clinical experience preferred, but open to motivated new grads
Interest in growing clinical or leadership skills over time
Team‑focused with excellent communication and a commitment to community care
Compensation and Benefits
Salary or production‑based pay model with up to $40K sign‑on/relocation bonus
