Job Summary: Insight is seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate

Chiropractor

to assist patients with injuries and impairments related to the neuromusculoskeletal system, including muscles, nerves, and bones, especially those of the back and neck. The chiropractor will discuss injuries and health concerns with patients, assess their physical condition and lifestyle, order tests, administer treatments, and advise on extended care and pain management. The ideal candidate should be thorough, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of musculoskeletal and nerve injuries and their treatments.

Duties:

Interview and examine patients to determine diagnoses

Perform physical exams and observations

Consult with healthcare professionals and families

Order and analyze diagnostic tests

Monitor and operate medical equipment

Develop treatment or management plans with patients

Administer holistic treatments like spinal manipulation, adjustments, massage, and hot/cold compresses

Refer patients to specialists when necessary

Advise patients on lifestyle improvements, including nutrition, exercises, and stretches

Record medical histories and symptoms

Maintain patient records and insurance documentation

Create and update patient care plans

Detect health changes and modify treatments accordingly

Educate patients and families on injury management and prevention

Qualifications:

Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Doctorate of Chiropractic degree required

Deep knowledge of neuromusculoskeletal injuries, conditions, and treatments

Understanding of therapeutic exercises, stretches, therapies, and dietary guidance

Ability to assess patient conditions via observations and tests

Proficiency with medical instruments and equipment

Experience with medical records management and health information systems

Knowledge of federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Knowledge of disease prevention strategies

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, stressful environment

Commitment to professional development and goal-setting

Enthusiasm, drive, and respectfulness

Attention to detail and precision in work

Previous relevant experience preferred
