The following describes opportunities and responsibilities within this academic role: Join the Dell Medical School Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Texas at Austin as BC/BE Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists to contribute to clinical, educational, and research initiatives. Provide care across community and school-based telemedicine programs, contributing to cutting-edge clinical work and program development. Engage in teaching with an academic appointment and participate in teaching activities within the department. Collaborate with local mental health clinics and community programs to impact the Central Texas region and beyond. Utilize telemedicine opportunities to expand reach and flexibility in patient care. Support and participate in CPAN (Child and Perinatal Psychiatric Access Network) and TCHATT (Texas Child Health Access through Telemedicine) programs. Qualifications
Required BC/BE in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Interest in an academic clinical faculty role within UT Austin and Dell Medical School. Ability to collaborate across outpatient, inpatient, school, and community programs; flexibility in work style. Opportunity Highlights
