Responsibilities
Our OB/GYN providers are responsible for general gynecological care and care related to pregnancy and the reproductive system. They diagnose, treat, and prevent health problems specific to female anatomy (e.g., breast and cervical health, urinary tract and pelvic disorders, hormonal issues). They also specialize in childbirth, providing prenatal care, delivery, and postpartum care. The role spans adult women’s medical and surgical needs throughout the lifecycle. Kelsey-Seybold OB/GYNs are expected to uphold high ethical standards and to develop professionally and intellectually throughout their careers. Required Qualifications
Graduate of an approved training program from an accredited medical school, residency or fellowship program upon hire Completed residency and practicing or be in residency when applying Licensed in the State of Texas Board Certified and/or Board Eligible Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $278,500 – $484,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (eligibility requirements apply).
