Dentist - Stewart Detention Center in Lumpkin, GA
Qualifications And Responsibilities
The Dentist is responsible for professional dental care for inmates.
Performs routine dental treatment including examining teeth and gums for cavities, infections and diseases; takes necessary x-rays; performs fillings and extractions as warranted.
Diagnoses and develops treatment plans for inmates.
Develops, coordinates and supervises the facility dental program to include advising and instructing inmates in the cause and prevention of dental disea se.
Must have an active Georgia license with DEA and BLS.
Compensation:
$150,000 - $200,000/yr.
We offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holiday pay, 401(k), bonus structure and relocation.
About The Facility
S tewart Detention Center is located in Lumpkin, GA. It houses approximately 1750 male ICE inmates. It is approximately 40 miles south of Columbus, GA and 160 miles north of Panama City, FL.
The facility has a 24-hour nursing staff, dental staff and mental health staff.
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 Annual
