We are seeking a dedicated Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our medical aesthetics team. ROLE OVERVIEW As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing cutting-edge treatments while ensuring an unparalleled patient experience. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing customized treatment protocols, and performing a variety of non-invasive procedures designed to enhance skin health and beauty. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of NP/PA experience and a strong interest or background in aesthetics and wellness. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, and aesthetic preferences Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure Perform dermal filler and biostimulator injections to enhance facial contours, restore volume, and achieve desired patient outcomes (experience with major areas and facial rebalancing) Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to ensure seamless coordination of care and exceptional patient experiences Accurately maintain and update patient records, photography, obtain consents, detailed documentation of procedures performed, and products or equipment QUALIFICATION Minimum of 2 years proven work experience as an injector Deep understanding of facial anatomy, facial aging, skin-related conditions and aesthetic principles to achieve exceptional results for patients. Strong proficiency in EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, strong aptitude for sales and patient relations. Demonstrate strong procedural, technical and anatomical competency of injection techniques for the various aesthetic injection procedures offered Proven selling skills and strong business acumen comfortable discussing pricing program with patients Open to learning new techniques and procedures and brand language Understanding of social media engagement, with the expectation to share, post, and create content to actively promote the business and enhance its online presence COMPENSATION /
