Demo Company is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, developing treatment plans, and educating patients on oral health practices. We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also has excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Administer anesthesia and perform dental procedures including fillings, extractions, and root canals.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide quality care.
Stay current with dental technology and best practices through continuous education.
Manage patient appointments and maintain a welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid dental license to practice in the state.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental practice.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of modern dental procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
