Position:
Assistant Professor (starting) or Associate Professor (starting) Salary (starting):
Assistant Professor $90,294.42 annually; Associate Professor $105,571.38 annually. Note:
Salary listed is for a 9-month faculty contract, paid out over 12 months. Additional compensation:
Summer teaching and fall/spring overload if desired. Benefits:

Clinic Director (25%) : Serve as Director of Alliant Sacramento Psychological Services (ASPS), the training clinic providing accessible telehealth services to clients across California; supervise practicum student training; ensure quality client services and training experiences year-round. The clinic operates from a trauma‑informed and culturally sensitive framework and serves diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and immigrants. Faculty Responsibilities (75%) : Contribute as core faculty in the APA-accredited Clinical Psychology PsyD program, engaging in teaching, mentoring, research, and program development. Office Location:
On Sacramento Campus with flexible hours and hybrid work two days per week. Qualifications
PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program. Licensed or license-eligible in California. If license-eligible, must be licensed in another state or have passed the EPPP; licensure must be obtained within the first year of employment. Strong teaching, clinical supervision, and program management skills. Commitment to cultural humility and social justice, incorporating multicultural factors into practice. Application Procedure
