Electrophysiologist – The Cardiac & Vascular Institute (TCAVI) is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist to join our team. The position will primarily serve a patient based out of our Gainesville clinics, Ambulatory Surgical Center, and affiliated hospitals. TCAVI is a partner of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA). We deliver evidence-based cardiovascular care with a focus on prevention, early detection, and minimally invasive techniques. Our team includes 24 board-certified physicians and 8 advanced practice providers across cardiology, electrophysiology, heart failure, and imaging, with access to state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic technologies. Position Highlights

Role: Full-time Electrophysiologist Location: Gainesville, FL (clinic, ambulatory surgical center, and affiliated hospitals) Schedule: Monday through Friday Environment: Collaborative group with 24 physicians and supportive clinical staff; dedicated scribes, APPs, MAs, and administrative support Technology & Programs: Growing device and remote patient monitoring programs; access to advanced imaging and EP capabilities Academic & Research: Involvement in federally approved clinical trials; opportunities to support residency and educational programs Compensation & Perks: Competitive salary + full benefits; sign-on and relocation assistance; potential partnership track with equity opportunities Responsibilities

Perform a mix of bread-and-butter and complex electrophysiology procedures; provide clinical care in hospital and clinic settings Collaborate with CT Surgical team in hospital for complex cases Participate in a team-based work environment with clinical support from scribes, APPs, MAs, and administrators Share call coverage across the group, supported by APPs Engage in clinical research and contribute to patient education and outcomes Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Electrophysiology Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine MD or DO from a U.S.-accredited Internal Medicine and Cardiology program Strong focus on patient care, teamwork, and clinical quality Eligible for Florida medical licensure Can sponsor J1 and H1-B physician waivers About TCAVI & CVAUSA
