full-time, board-eligible/board-certified Family Medicine physician

We are a physician-led organization employing nearly 1,600 physicians and advanced practice providers, committed to addressing all patient health needs. This position offers a competitive compensation package: Salary range: $257,000 - $286,000 annually, with potential quality and/or productivity bonuses Relocation assistance may be available Paid malpractice insurance Generous CME allowance Retirement plans: 403(b) with employer match; 457(b) voluntary option if eligible Comprehensive health and welfare benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage for dependents Wellness benefits Additional voluntary benefits such as flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts (with HD/HSA plans), identity theft protection, pet insurance, and employee discounts Time off: Paid family and medical leave (including Colorado FAMLI), leaves of absence, and contractual time off based on FTE About UCHealth
