Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting Strong support staff including hygienists and dental assistants Team-based care with integrated medical and behavioral health services Opportunities to mentor AEGD residents and help shape future providers Schedule
Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Flexible scheduling options available Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care across a wide range of procedures Perform surgical extractions, endodontics, and restorative treatments Mentor dental staff and contribute to a collaborative care model Participate in clinical teaching through the AEGD residency program Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited program Active Louisiana license and DEA Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred Strong commitment to serving vulnerable communities Comfortable with full-scope general dentistry Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $150K–$175K depending on experience Quarterly bonus potential (approx. $15K annually) Full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, CME, and retirement Additional Details
