In the role of an Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner), you will provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in our clinics with the supervision/oversight of an attending Physician. This is a pivotal role as part of a growing organization providing seamless care to both adult and pediatric patients for cases that would usually be treated in a traditional emergency room. Part Time - 3p - 11p - 16 hours a week Responsibilities

Perform medical evaluations and formulate a differential diagnosis and treatment plan for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine, as requested. Perform medical procedures including obtaining IV access (administration of fluids and medications), splinting, suturing, phlebotomy, performing POC testing, and EKGs. Formulate a differential diagnosis and treatment plan for urgent and emergent care outside of a medical clinic setting, such as in the patient’s home. Triage incoming patient needs, assess concerns, and determine the appropriate course of action—whether in-center, virtual, or at-home care. Perform video Telemedicine consults when appropriate. Work closely with physicians, nurses, and technicians to discuss assessments. Assess and treat Covid-related cases, including testing for the virus, performing point of care testing, blood antibody tests, and providing symptom management and recommendations. Document clinical evaluations and treatments in the electronic health record, AthenaHealth. Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical team to ensure policy adherence and quality care delivery. Coordinate additional care with After Care, house calls teams, or Medical Partners. Provide patient-centered, empathetic communication to ensure patient comfort and understanding. Contribute to operational projects as needed. Perform related duties as requested. Experience

Ideal candidates will have: Bachelor’s Degree and graduation from an accredited PA or NP program. Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license to practice in California. Preferred 2-3 years of experience in emergency departments or urgent care centers. BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications upon hire. Skills

Strong clinical skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn systems like Slack, AthenaHealth, Salesforce, and Humanity. Technical proficiency in phlebotomy, IV placement, and medication administration. Adaptability to a fluid, multitasking environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Comfort interfacing with high-profile clients. Range: $73,216-$83,200 per year. Actual pay depends on experience, education, location, and other factors. About Sollis Health
