Director of Clinical Operations - Anatomical Pathology Base pay range: $145,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr. Location: Houston, TX (100% On-Site). Type: Direct/Permanent. Visa: At this time, Astrix cannot transfer nor sponsor a work Visa for this position. Responsibilities
Manage laboratory operations in compliance with CAP/CLIA regulations and GCLP standards Manage clinical trial testing across multiple phases using advanced anatomical pathology biomarker analysis techniques Partner with clinical, administrative, and operational leaders to ensure laboratory services support and advance organizational objectives Assess and implement workflows of LIMS Lead complex technical projects encompassing assay development and validation for on-time and high quality clinical trial studies Qualifications
M.S. degree (Chemistry, Biology, Clinical Science, or related); Ph.D. preferred Over 5 years of Laboratory Leadership experience in a Pathology setting operating under CAP/CLIA regulations Clinical trial testing experience is required Benefits
