Your Goal This position is responsible for the provision of high-quality clinical care for the patients of Greater Family Health.
How You’ll Help Patients
Provide high quality medical care to the patients of Greater Family Health Center in accordance with Specialty Certification and Greater Family Health Policies and Procedures.
Be fully supportive of all quality initiatives.
Be receptive to other responsibilities as assigned.
Provide leadership, supervision, direction, training and role modeling to all supportive staff (e.g., NA, MA, LPN, RN, PA, NP).
Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state rules, regulations and laws; align with Greater Family Health objectives, systems, policies, procedures, directives and contractual agreements as indicated by supervisors and policies.
Maintain satisfactory productivity and on-call coverage, including rounding on inpatients as appropriate.
Provide care in age-appropriate fashion according to specialty.
Attend scheduled work sites and shifts on time; location of work sites and shifts may change at the discretion of the supervisor.
Engage in offered training, consultations and supervisions; follow Corporate Compliance Program and implement directives from supervisory and training personnel.
Perform other duties as assigned.

The salary range for this role is $219,300-$280,000+ based on years of experience.
What You’ll Need
MD/DO degree or equivalent.
Ability to successfully complete credentialing and obtain full privileges with Greater Family Health.
Current Illinois State Licensure.
DEA Certificate.
Board Certification or actively pursuing Board Certification strongly preferred.
