Assessment and treatment of speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding disorders. Implement speech and language programs. Educate and coach caretakers. Cotreat with Occupational Therapists. Assess speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding skills. Supervise / Mentor SLPAs, graduate interns, and/or CFs. Supervise or conduct client screenings of language, articulation, and hearing. Develop and Implement treatment plans or protocols. Collect and compile data to document clients' performance and assess program quality. Desired Skills
Active Listening -- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Organization and Time Management Skills. Why IICA

$90,000 - $120,000 Benefits
