Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center. Compensation and Benefits
Total Compensation Package up to $122,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify. Sign On Bonuses: Up to $10,000 Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact! Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Clinical Guidance: Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring clinicians such as Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri Continuing Education: A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.
