Lead all aspects of the PMO’s technology and business process projects. Identify and collaborate with all levels of leadership to develop and maintain projects that support our organizational strategy. Oversee PMO team members to ensure projects meet standards, adhere to the budget, and meet deliverables. Experience and Education
Required: Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Information Technology, Business or related field. Three or more years of leadership experience. Experience in project management software (Smartsheet, MS Project). Preferred: Five or more years of direct work experience in a project management capacity including all aspects of process development and project lifecycle execution. Ability to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement and provide creative efficient solutions. Ability to mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to others. Excellent collaboration with various levels of management and departments within the organization. Business improvement training, Six Sigma, Agile or related certifications. Property Management software experience preferred, but not required (Yardi Voyager, CRM, RentCafe’s Site Manager). Health, Dental and Vision insurance plans. Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). 401k retirement plan with company match.
