AGE Solutions is looking for a Cross Domain Security SME to join our team in support of a cybersecurity risk management and assessment program with our DoD customer. In this position, you will provide Cross Domain Subject Matter Expert-level support to RME in the area of Cross Domain Solutions. Individuals in this role must be available to work full-time on-site at Ft. Meade, MD. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive reviews of Cross Domain (CD) implementations, DISA scorecard documentation, and customer request packages, providing recommendations, operational risk ratings, and concurrence determinations. Manage DISA Cross Domain Solution Enterprise (CDSE) processes, ensuring alignment with DoD and NCDSMO goals, capability gap assessments, and process improvement initiatives at CDTAB, DSAWG, and ISRMC levels. Serve as DISA voting representative at Cross Domain Community Forums, recurring meetings, and eVote reviews; brief leadership on decisions, action items, and risk recommendations. Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, including NCDSMO, DoD CIO, CSSPs, and ECDSPs, to address requirements, customer needs, defensive measures, and technical readiness. Support and lead Security-Based Site Assessments (SBSAs) for commercial cloud ECDSPs, including planning, reviewing readiness artifacts, evaluating results, developing POA&Ms, and updating the DoD CDS repository. Maintain awareness of CD capabilities through technical forums, recurring meetings, and NCDSMO portal resources. Develop and sustain process guides, decision/position/white papers, and weekly leadership briefs to track CDS actions and outcomes. Oversee registration and authorization of DISA CDSE, point-to-point CDS, and DoD-approved commercial cloud ECDSP offerings. Coordinate with developers to modernize the authoritative CDS database and ensure the DISA CDS Technical Director is informed of requirements and progress. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor\'s degree (IT-related field preferred) Experience:

Ten (10) years overall in cybersecurity, systems engineering, or a similar technical field; Three (3) years specifically working with CDS, high-assurance environments, or government systems. Citizenship and Clearance:

US Citizenship is required; Must have and maintain an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Certifications:

DoD 8570 IA Technical (IAT) or IAM Level III certification Skills and Knowledge:

Subject matter expertise in Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) architecture, technologies integration, and deployment; Familiarity with data transfer technologies across security domains; Ability to identify solutions to bring out-of-compliance systems/networks/architectures into compliance with connection requirements; Excellent written and verbal communication. Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $145,000 - $155,000 Benefits:
