Successfully developing a product involves establishing product-market fit, building a solid business case (competitive analysis, user personas, and top use cases), and defining a clear strategic roadmap. You will coordinate across UX, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure timely launches and data-driven iterative improvements, scaling a solution that grows with customer demands. How You’ll Find Success

Understand customer needs and pain points. Translate needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps for Digital. Prioritize features based on market research, feedback, feasibility, and business goals. Collaborate with data science teams to define usage specifications and drive adoption. Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch with timely delivery and quality. Develop and communicate the feature roadmap to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor product performance with KPIs to identify and act on improvement opportunities. Translate emerging Digital trends into product opportunities. Create compelling product presentations and partner with go-to-market teams to drive adoption. How You’ll Grow

Contribute to objectives for Qualtrics by enabling data platform capabilities and strategic solutions. Gain expertise in low-code/no-code technologies and AI applications in workflow automation. Develop leadership skills through ownership of high-impact projects and cross-team collaboration. Expand knowledge of business tools and platforms through new extensions. Things You’ll Do

Influence and contribute to product strategy for Digital. Independently lead your product area and make informed decisions and tradeoffs. Write clear product investment documents and translate them into prioritized roadmaps. Engage with customers to understand end-to-end scenarios that matter. Prioritize feature requests from prospects, customers, analysts, internal sources, and the market. Collaborate across product, engineering, UX design, and research to execute with excellence. Know your product, customers, usage, and market trends. Lead product launches with marketing to bring new features to market. What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 4-6 years of product management experience, with at least 1 year in a technical domain. Domain knowledge: experience with digital analytics or product analytics platforms is a strong plus. AI/ML interest or experience to enhance product functionality or insights. Proven track record of launching and managing products. Strong understanding of the enterprise software landscape and challenges for enterprise customers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for technical and non-technical audiences. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across stakeholders. What You Should Know About This Team

The Digital team focuses on improving customer experience (CX) through digital touchpoints. We use data-driven insights and digital experience analytics to optimize interactions. Collaborates with engineering, product, go-to-market, UX design, and research to deliver seamless digital experiences.
