Performs responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures, including protection of company employees, visitors and company assets. Maintains a safe and secure environment at the corporate office facilities. Monitors the ingress and egress of employees, visitors, vendors and contractors by maintaining and utilizing daily logs and the badge system. Produce a Daily Activity Report at the end of the shift. Communicate over the phone effectively by informing or directing callers. Assisting the receptionist in their duties. Monitors the CCTV system and alarm systems as necessary to ensure the security of the corporate facilities. Make numerous security patrols around the corporate facilities during the course of a shift, to ensure the integrity of the facility. Interior and exterior checks. Complete incident reports by recording observations, information, and surveillance activities. Interview witnesses and obtain signatures in a timely manner. Escort and supervise employees off property when terminated. Maintain grooming and uniform standards; overall appearance should be immaculate and professional at all times. Keep confidential information pertaining to the professional and private business of Company functions and employees. Maintain proper and detailed communication with law enforcement, fire and EMS, and with Executives, Executive Assistants, and Executive guests. Respond in a timely and effective manner to any and all emergency situations. Maintain availability and flexibility to work numerous events that are UFC and non-UFC related; hosted at our facilities. Enforce event rules and protocols to provide a sense of protection for attendees and staff. Report any suspicious activity to supervisors. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively with Company Executives, co-workers, visitors, vendors and management in both written and verbal form. High School diploma or successful completion of a GED Certificate. Associate or higher degree preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age. Preferred two (2) years in Security, Law Enforcement or the Military. CPR/AED Certification is required. Demonstrate and understand management’s goals and objectives. Must have a working knowledge of, and be able to be trained to fully utilize, all functions of an alarm system and security monitoring equipment. Adequate computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other software programs. Must not have been convicted of any crime requiring registration pursuant to NRS 179C.100. Must maintain a valid Nevada driver’s license. Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information. Benefits and Additional Information
