Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Project Manager
to lead the delivery of industrial automation and control systems projects across a range of industries. This role is essential in ensuring successful project execution from concept through commissioning, with a focus on technical quality, budget control, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, controls, and systems integration, coupled with proven leadership skills in managing complex projects. Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete lifecycle of automation and controls projects, from planning to execution and delivery. Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in coordination with internal teams, clients, and vendors. Oversee the design, development, and commissioning of PLC, HMI, and SCADA-based control systems for manufacturing, energy, and other industrial applications. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, engineering teams, and stakeholders. Ensure all work complies with regulatory, safety, and industry standards. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address issues to keep projects on track and within budget. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, change orders, and budget tracking. Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum
10 years of experience
managing projects in industrial automation or systems integration. Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar platforms. Experience with automation platforms including PLCs, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems. Familiarity with technologies such as
Rockwell Automation ,
Allen-Bradley ,
Studio 5000 ,
RS Logix , etc. PMP certification preferred
but not required. Willingness to travel 75% to 50% (national and international travel). U.S. Citizenship, Green Card, or Permanent Residency is required. Bonus Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision benefits How to Apply
