This postdoctoral training position offers the opportunity to manage independent projects focused on understanding immunotherapy resistance mechanisms and strategies to enhance response. The candidate will work with immunology, mouse modeling, and flow cytometry techniques, with training provided if necessary. The role involves supporting high-priority projects utilizing preclinical mouse models, high-throughput RNA sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, CRISPR, FACS, and other cutting-edge immunology techniques, including access to patient samples and animal models involving survival surgery, radiotherapy, and imaging. The trainee will undergo HIPAA training and contribute to data generation, analysis, and dissemination through lab meetings, presentations, and publications. Mentorship will be provided by Dr. James Lee, with progress monitored regularly. Job Requirements
