Actual pay is based on skills and experience. Remote/work-from-home positions are not available unless noted. Territory: San Mateo County — Redwood City* What you’ll do as a Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist (ST)
In partnership with the Case Manager, provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication. Serve as an educator, patient advocate, and member of the interdisciplinary care team. Why work for us

Qualifications and requirements
Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License Current BLS/CPR Certification Valid CA Driver's License Knowledge of development, human behavior related to illness/injury, and cultural influences on health care Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory guidelines (preferred) Experience in home health care (highly preferred); experience with high-acuity patients a plus Experience working with an interdisciplinary team (highly desired) Case Management fundamentals (highly desired) Self-directed, empathetic, critical thinker with outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills Leadership qualities Candidate must complete a computer literacy and competency assessment prior to scheduling an in-person interview #21HHSMP (internal reference) Anticipated wage range for Speech Therapist: 110,000.00 – 125,000.00. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. 21HHS offers bonus incentive plans, comprehensive health benefits, and 401k (up to 4% match). Seniority level
