Technical Product Manager (Mobile Product & Telecom)
Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Experience in product management, enterprise platforms, or backend/API product delivery.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and microservices-based architecture.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in the telecommunication domain.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and service observability practices.
Conducting market research, analyzing user feedback, and identifying opportunities for product improvement or new product development.
Translating product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and specifications for the development team.
Developing and executing on a prioritized product strategy in conjunction with Leadership to enable an innovative product portfolio and reporting standards.
Working with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to senior management and stakeholders across the organization.
Creating and building requirements for products, executive-level presentations for strategy, business case development, capital, and go-to-market plans.
Developing, tracking and performance managing IT/Software development/3rd party Partner services delivery metrics.
Prioritizing actionable business improvement initiatives based on analysis of customer, stakeholder, and employee feedback.
Managing cross-tower organizational initiatives; coordinating resources to achieve project goals.
Gathering and analyzing data to fulfill regular and ad-hoc requests including executive-level escalations.
Developing strong collaborative relationships with executive-level staff to assess and meet business needs.
Creating business case documents for implementation of new products.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Location, Pay & Benefits GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Basking Ridge, NJ. The salary range is $120,000/yr to $130,000/yr and reflects base salary only. The offered amount may be higher or lower based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and market conditions. GlobalLogic considers candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal equity, and other factors in offers.
