Business Director, Digital Product Strategy role at Capital One. Apply strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges within the Enterprise Consumer Product (ECP) Strategy team, collaborating with senior product, tech and business leaders to develop and test strategies that impact the bottom line. The ECP Strategy team shapes Capital One’s digital customer experiences, including the mobile app, online presence, and messaging technology ecosystem. This role leads collaborative problem solving across the organization and supports bold, innovative go-to-market approaches. Responsibilities

Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success amid evolving consumer and regulatory conditions. People leadership: May manage and develop multiple analysts; coach and mentor to attract and retain talent. Product and analytics: Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for lending products; lead product-level data modeling and analytics. Marketing: Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products; inform design and development of new customer experiences and go-to-market concepts. Credit risk: Improve credit performance by linking drivers of future trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses with rigorous monitoring. Execution: Define business requirements, sequence delivery, and manage multiple projects and programs against the product strategy. Partnership: Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability. Analytical orientation: Demonstrate a proven track record of analytics-based decision making and problem solving; strong quantitative mindset is essential. Leadership and integrity: Make decisive, responsible business decisions with a focus on innovation and outcomes. People development: Build and leverage high-performing teams and cross-enterprise partnerships; foster innovation and accountability. Executive communication: Clear written and oral communication, with strategic influence and negotiation skills. Results orientation: Focus on achieving short- and long-term goals in a dynamic environment. Experience: Track record of thriving in a fast-paced setting; consulting experience is a plus. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering) At least 7 years of experience in analysis Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree 2+ years of experience in financial services 1+ year of experience in consulting Compensation and Benefits

Capital One will consider sponsoring qualified applicants for employment authorization for this position. Salary ranges are location-based and may vary by market. Examples: McLean, VA: 226,000 - 257,900; New York, NY: 246,500 - 281,300. Roles may be eligible for performance-based incentives and long-term incentives. Benefits vary by status and role.
