The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24 to $32 hourly. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

This role is also commission eligible. Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store. Demonstrate leadership by maximizing profits, sales, and the customer service experience. Contribute toward the store’s sales goals and be goaled according to the store’s monthly sales plan. Help hire, train and manage store associates to achieve sales and profit goals. Model standards for customer service and ensure excellent visual presentation and housekeeping when the manager is on duty. Operate the store in accordance with operational guidelines, follow loss control procedures, and ensure proper floor coverage to maximize store volume. Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and housekeeping standards. Perform daily opening and closing procedures including daily paperwork reconciliation and other operational tasks. Protect store assets and inventory, and report potential shrinkage. Enforce company policies and procedures. Client book management and clienteling. What You’ll Bring

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in luxury retail management Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations Computer skills to include operation of retail point of sale system, Word, Excel and email Must be able to lift, carry or move objects weighing up to 35 pounds and use ladders or stairs Strong leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to delegate Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that is entrepreneurial, sales-focused, and takes ownership of the store’s business Mentor and leader to staff and peers, developing strengths and identifying opportunities Trainer able to teach skills in customer service, selling, and operations Benefits
