Overview
We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time or part time in Boston, MA. We are seeking a reliable team player who enjoys collaborating with our medical providers to deliver the highest level of care. Our ideal candidate can multi-task, has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and is eager to learn and grow with us long-term. We are located on the Mattapan/Milton line and serve a variety of patient conditions ranging from muscular pain to post-surgical rehabilitation. About us: We are a team comprised of PTs, Assistants, Aides, and dedicated support staff who collaborate to relieve pain, restore physical function, and empower patients to renew themselves so they can enjoy the lives they want and deserve. We offer a range of therapies to ameliorate pain and help patients return to full health. Responsibilities
Patient consultation — review health and medical histories, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and perform physical examinations Implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient\'s needs Assist patients with all phases of treatment, including exercise instruction, modalities, and activities of daily living (in collaboration with PTAs) Educate patients on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises Documentation and progress notes — maintain accurate and timely records, document treatments in patient charts, and record patient responses to treatments Collaborate with other PTs, PTAs, and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care Communicate effectively with staff and patients Contribute to development and promotion of the practice Create an excellent patient experience through a friendly and focused attitude Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program Physical Therapy License in MA Compensation
