NFI North provides mental health and behavioral support services to people facing life challenges. We design diverse and innovative programs that provide a high level of structure within communities of care when a person or family is in need. NFI North is seeking a Program Director to provide oversight for our five-bed Residential Treatment Program that provides supported housing services to individuals transitioning from and/or awaiting admission to Glencliff Home. The program is located in Boscawen, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight of the Residential Treatment Program, including clinical services, staff supervision, and program operations.
Ensure compliance with licensing and Joint Commission requirements and coordinate with State funding personnel.
Develop and manage the program’s staff team, including hiring, training, supervision, and professional development.
Oversee physical property upkeep, fiscal management, record keeping, and operational policies.
Collaborate with leaders of satellite programs in Ashland, Bradford, Bethlehem, and Concord, NH to align practice and policy.
Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities as part of program leadership.
Qualifications
Preferred Master’s Degree in social work or counseling with a minimum of four years related service and management experience and experience with the participant population, or
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of management experience and experience working with the participant population.
