RSVP Now → As a Pre-Sales Engineer specializing in Snowflake, you will serve as the technical liaison between our healthcare clients and internal sales, engineering, and delivery teams. You will lead discovery conversations, design data architectures, and demonstrate how Snowflake’s Data Cloud can enable secure, scalable, and compliant data solutions within complex healthcare environments (e.g., provider, payer, life sciences). Location Preference: While this position offers flexibility, we're searching for candidates who are located within driving distance of Milwaukee, WI. Occasional in-person meetings or events may be required, and proximity allows for greater collaboration when needed. What you will do

Partner with account executives to drive the technical pre-sales cycle and influence deal strategy. Conduct discovery workshops with healthcare stakeholders to identify technical requirements and data challenges. Architect Snowflake solutions that integrate with healthcare systems like Epic, Cerner, Salesforce Health Cloud, or payer claims systems. Deliver technical demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and ROI modeling to validate Snowflake’s value. Translate complex data integration and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST) into secure and scalable solution designs. Collaborate with delivery teams to scope level of effort, timeline, and hand-off documentation. Maintain a deep understanding of Snowflake’s product roadmap and how it applies to healthcare use cases (e.g., PHM, value-based care analytics, patient 360). Author solution diagrams, technical briefs, and pre-sales assets tailored to the healthcare industry. Technical Architect on Snowflake-related projects for the Delivery Team. What we look for

3–5+ years in a pre-sales, solution architect, or technical consulting role focused on data platforms or cloud architecture. 2+ years hands-on experience with Snowflake required, including warehouse sizing, data modeling, and secure data sharing. Strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory considerations for healthcare data architectures. Familiarity with integration patterns between Snowflake and tools like dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Informatica, or Talend. Experience with modern data stack and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for business stakeholders. Prior experience in a healthcare-focused systems integrator. Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, X12) and EMR/claims systems. Snowflake certifications (e.g., SnowPro Core, SnowPro Advanced Architect). Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Tableau, or healthcare-specific BI platforms. Understanding of value-based care, population health, and payer-provider data use cases. Salary Details

Range:
