Real Estate Property Accountant $85k/yr + 10%Bonus A rapidly expanding realestate investment firm is looking for an experienced Property Accountant to join their Boston office. This role involves managing accounting functions for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in a dynamic and team-oriented environment. The position offers close collaboration with company leadership and provides valuable exposure to different facets of real estate financial operations. What to know: Compensation of $75,000–$85,000 a year 10% Bonus Comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities: Perform full-cycle property accounting, including general ledger maintenance, posting journal entries, and month-end close processes Prepare and analyze financial statements and assist with budgeting Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting Utilize AppFolio and Excel to streamline financial processes and reporting Qualifications: 3+ years of property accounting experience, preferably in a real estate setting Proficiency with AppFolio or a similar accounting software Experience with residential and commercial property portfolios is a plus Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting in a real estate context preferred There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
