Curriculum Developer

in the Washington DC/Virginia area. The Curriculum Developer designs, updates, and ensures the alignment of SAPR educational content with regulatory standards to support NGB training and program objectives. This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal. Content Creation : Develop curricula adhering to DoDD 6495.01 and related directives. Resource Production : Create training manuals, handouts, and presentation materials for various SAPR training programs. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure training content meets evolving program needs. Platform Management : Publish training materials to NGB SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Required qualifications and experience

Expertise in instructional design and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of DoD SAPR educational requirements. Advanced proficiency in digital content management systems. Proficient with SharePoint. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, (e.g. PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote). Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card(CAC). Must be a US Citizen Preferred qualifications or skills
