POSITION SUMMARY: The Developer is responsible for growing the Brands by fostering relationships with current and potential franchisees. The Developer is to develop his territory to maximize not just the number of franchise signings but the satisfaction and revenue growth for our Franchisees. is responsible for meeting company goals for Franchise Agreement signings of new Motel 6 & Studio 6 locations. Also responsible for creating new relationships with potential franchisees while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships. The position will require travel within the assigned Area of Responsibility as well as to other geographical areas as requested. The individual selected will be responsible for: collecting data, generating reports, visiting properties, determining viability of properties and/or markets, reviewing contracts, negotiating deals, determining renovation needs and preparing Property Improvement Plan (PIP), closing deals, and collecting documents for contract execution. This will require 90% travel. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: This document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the individual occupying this position.
