Handle all aspects of litigation, court appearances, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, client communications, and trial preparation. Work closely with a partner and, depending on experience, may manage your own caseload. Qualifications

Licensed California attorney with 1 to 8 years of experience in civil litigation. Trial experience or a strong interest in trial work is highly valued.
